Aroma: Luxuriant aromatic profile that is extraordinarily varietal, ripe and succulent. A hint of wood only further elevates the varietal aromatics. On the nose notes of ripe, succulent peach, fresh and dry apricot, melon and even rose
Flavour: This wine is dry, rich, the aromatic profile is similarly opulent to its bouquet, a fragrant sensation that is just about to burst in your mouth. Hints of pineapple and a veil of smokiness. Quite warm, slightly higher acidity would further elevate the tension and the delectability. Intense, persistent, with a long and warm aftertaste
Recommended with: It best accentuates cooked or grilled vegetable, spicy sea fish, and rice

Method of production
Vineyard: Pročno
Soil: Opoka (marl and sandstone)
Canopy training: simple guyot, 4,000 vines per hectare
Yield: up to 4,000 kg/ha
Vinification: Selected hand picked grapes are de stemmed and crushed. After some hours of cold soak maceration the grapes are gently pressed and left for settling 24-hours. Clear must is racked and fermented in 500 litre oak barrels where it matures on fine lees for another 12 months
